Holistic Healing 1 hour £50

20 years ago, I began my journey into energy and crystal healing, gaining practitioner accreditation through the Holistic Healers Association.

​

This marked the start of my path as a Holistic Healer, laying a foundation for the energy-based work that I continue to offer today.

​

Holistic Healing is a gentle, intuitive practice that channels universal spiritual energy to promote balance, relaxation, and emotional wellbeing, helping to clear blockages, both to release and restore harmony across the mind, body, and spirit. Holding space as a Holistic Healer I may work within the Auric field or gently place my hands upon the body. There to help support through any emotions that may arise.

This treatment can be enjoyed as a standalone 30-1hour session, or as an add-on to another therapy such as Reflexology or within an Energetic Reflexology treatment for a deeper, more restorative experience.

Crystal healing with wands, free forms, disks and grids applied within a holistic framework is also provided.
