Whatever has brought you here, I am delighted you've found me. ​ At ReflexEm, Reflexology and Holistic Therapies have always been about creating a space where people can pause, step away from the demands of everyday life, and reconnect with themselves. ​ Many people choose Reflexology to support their overall wellbeing during times of stress, hormonal change, fatigue, physical discomfort, or simply when they feel the need to restore balance and take some time for themselves. Reflexology is a well-tolerated complementary health practice that can work alongside your usual healthcare and wellbeing routines. ​ Within this website, you will find information about what to expect during a Reflexology or Holistic Therapy session with me, Emalee Welsh, together with details of the therapies and approaches I offer. Importantly, I am a fully insured, member of the Association of Reflexologists that holds a level 5 in Reflexology. I continue to study regularly and am always adding new and exciting treatments for my clients. ​ Today, I practise from two locations. Frieth is the home of ReflexEm, where I welcome clients from across the Hambleden Valley, Lane End, Marlow and the surrounding villages. I also offer appointments from a therapy room in the centre of Henley-on-Thames for those who prefer a town-based clinic setting.
