Welcome to ReflexEm – Reflexology and Holistic Therapies in Frieth

My name is Emalee and I am a Reflexology Practitioner based in the lovely village of Frieth. From Frieth I work with people across the Hambleden Valley, Lane End & Marlow in Buckinghamshire, providing Reflexology and Holistic Therapies.  I also now treat from a dedicated therapy room in Henley town centre, Oxfordshire.

As a Level 5 Practitioner, I have a range of advanced Reflexology techniques and hands-on Holistic therapies for Mind, Body & Spirit. These are designed to concentrate on physical or emotional tension, inflammation, stress regulation, water retention, foot pain, and hormone & fertility support plans — all tailored with you in mind.

I believe as individuals we can thrive more in life when our journey includes complementary health and wellbeing practices. I therefore always advocate finding ways to improve ourselves, and this is the main reason I am so passionate about reflexology and holistic therapies. They have helped me greatly, and I now provide this support for my lovely guests today.

Within the treatment rooms at Frieth I offer a peaceful dedicated space with private entrances and off-street parking, ensuring you feel relaxed from the moment you arrive!

So whether you are visiting for the first time, have received a recommendation from a friend, or are a returning client, you are always most welcome at ReflexEm. The majority of new clients will start with an informal chat so we can choose the best appointment for you.

I have tried to be as accommodating as possible to busy work and life schedules with the bookings diary and offer appointments for you to consider:

  • Tuesday — 9:45am–7:30pm

  • Thursday — 9:45am–7:30pm

  • Selected Weekends — 9:00am–6:30pm

  • Selected Evenings — 5:00pm–7:30pm

If you would like to find out more or discuss whether reflexology may be suitable for you, please feel welcome to get in touch.
